Oakam is a company offering simple and hassle-free financial services to people who cannot take bank loans. Their customer base is comprised largely of people who recently moved to the UK and thus lack credit history on the British soil. Over the ten years, Oakam has lent money to thousands of fresh immigrant, earning their trust and gaining a reputation for their reliability and trustworthiness.
Our mission was to promote the service to Polish and Romanian immigrants in the UK, increasing Oakam’s brand awareness among these groups and helping the company to acquire new customers.
We launched an extensive marketing campaign directed at Polish immigrants, advertising the business on Radio, in buses travelling from Poland to London, and on TV screens in local Polish stores. We handled the distribution of promotional materials to Polish and Romanian communities, offered advice on Social Media and content management, as well as provided the company with PR services, securing sponsorship opportunities and maximising media coverage.
We reached tens of thousands of potential customers, disseminating brand awareness and communicating Oakam’s story to the desired target audiences. We achieved publications in the prominent Polish media, such as Polska The Times, Echo Dnia, Dziennik Zachodni, and Gazeta Lubelska.
